We specialize in using existing infrastructure. This means we can blow fibre through existing ducts or install it via aerial routes. This allows us to bypass lengthy processes like wayleave applications and trenching, getting your residents connected much faster.

We've chosen not to trench because it adds significant planning and deployment time, and we believe trenching should be done by developers or the companies installing services like electricity and water. Our approach focuses on using existing ducting, fibre, or deploying aerial where needed which aligns with our fast-deployment business model.

With our closed-access model, you get several key advantages:

• Unified Support: We support both the fibre infrastructure and your internet service (ISP connection). In open-access models, these are typically handled by two different companies, which can complicate troubleshooting. With us, you have a single point of contact.
• Enhanced Security & Control: Fewer companies need access to your estate. Only Jenny Internet contractors will be required to fix infrastructure or ISP-related problems. For your peace of mind, you'll be notified via WhatsApp who is coming to your property and their vehicle registration.
• Consistent Quality: We maintain full control over the network quality, ensuring consistent speeds and reliable service for all residents.

The service is asymmetrical, meaning your upload speed is 50% of your download speed. For example, if your connection is 50Mbps, you'll get 50Mbps Download and 25Mbps Upload.

Yes, symmetrical services are available. The price for a symmetrical service is 50% higher than the asymmetrical price. For example, if you're currently paying K1000, your symmetrical service price will be K1500.
